Las Vegas’s Golf and Leisure Magazine highlighted Practice of Positivity Leadership Consulting and the G.R.I.T. Leadership Programs. Bill Bowman, the magazine’s editor wrote, in part, “…if you can dream it up, likely they [Jeannie, Practice of Positivity CEO and President and Steve, her husband and retired Navy SEAL] can make it happen.”

Mr. Bowman also kicked off the article by writing, “Face it, we all need a little motivation from time to time. No matter your activity or business, that little extra boost can help you achieve personal or professional goals that may only have been imagined. But, where do we look for that little extra help? Well, maybe it’s time you checked out Practice of Positivity’s G.R.I.T. Leadership Program. For owner/president Jeannie Sanders, the program is a no-brainer. Sanders has one goal in mind: Bringing out the best in people. Whether it’s you and your office group or a corporate scenario, they will come up with a program that will open your eyes to a world you may not be comfortable with--yet.”

Bringing people together.

He continues by writing, “Everyone is going through something in their life even if it is a positive change,” said Sanders who worked in the passed side-by-side with her husband, Steve Sanders. “Whether you are facing a job transition, promotion, a rut in life, or just about anything that’s going on, we provide a unique experience to encourage and empower people.”

“WOULD I DO IT AGAIN? YES, YES, and YES!! Not only was she referring to skydiving, she was referring to the entire program experience.” - Brittany Tallon

And she did. Brittany brought a group of friends from Florida to participate in another 2 day G.R.I.T. Program. She did go skydiving again.

This Fall I had the pleasure of working with the G.R.I.T. staff during a Corporate Leadership and Team Building event in Nevada. All team members were able to take lessons learned during the classroom portion on trust, teamwork and accountability and apply them during the practical exercise phase of hiking, simulated emergency action drills and paddle board races. Overall the team learned a lot about each other, completed all challenges together and came out of the day with a better understanding of their colleagues. I would highly recommend the G.R.I.T. course to any business.
